I generally find the Origin Energy App to be super easy to navigate, find what you're looking for. changing plans takes about 4 minutes if you include waiting for the jug to boil. super easy! I do find parts of the internet side of the app to be a little harder to find things like pricing a replacement router, but paying your bill is a breeze.

We changed to origin. They failed to create a connect our electricity but did connect our gas. After a few months we found out they didn't connect the electricity. They had to close the electricity account... That was never connected... And open a new account. Now I cannot have both electricity and gas on the one app. So far origin sucks to be with and you can't add an account onto the app.

Still unable to use the app since last review in March 2023. It hasn't been fixed, unable to sign in and view my account. Keep getting "something went wrong" everytime I try and reset the password via email or SMS. Paying for garbage.
